Since 2011 we work with the High Potentials of the Gent Academy to prepare them for a debut with the professional team. We help them to develop as young professional players and to realize their dream to become a pro football player.
As mental coach we had one and only one goal: finally win the title in the top amateur league and win the promotion to professional football (division 2).
Since 2009 we deliver inspiring team sessions to these young talents. Using testimonials like Emmanuel Vanluchene's to motivate these younsters to take charge of their own development.
